Preston Construction Services was founded in 2014 by owner Preston Lowden. Before starting on his own, Preston was a carpenter in his father's business throughout high school. He then moved into a role as a site superintendent on various commercial construction projects. 

After developing his skills working for others, it was time to branch out and start a business. Over the past 10 years,  Preston Construction has organically grown from a one-man operation to a full team of on-staff installers, project managers, and subcontractors. Preston is actively involved in all projects, from planning to installing the last piece of tile.

We take pride in our full-service approach to the construction process. Our foremen and project managers have a unique blend of hands-on skills combined with project management experience throughout various trades. 

This versatility allows us to provide practical expectations and expert guidance to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Our installers are educated on cutting-edge techniques, and our staff works hand in hand with suppliers to ensure a long-lasting product that can be enjoyed for years to come.
